Daniel Wampler, born and raised in Wichita with a profound love and appreciation for this city. With years of experience and a relentless passion for helping clients achieve their real estate goals, I'm excited partner with you on your exciting journey. Graduated from Wichita State University with a bachelor’s degree in 1995, then to expand my horizons, attended Rice University, earning my Masters in 1999. Equipped with both local insights and a broader perspective, he returned to Wichita in 2008, ready to make a positive impact and difference in my home community. For over a decade, I've been a licensed Realtor®, serving the Wichita area with dedication and integrity. His journey began in 2009, and since then, playing various roles in the real estate spectrum. As a property manager, he assisted landlords in efficiently managing their investment properties. He offers property managers assistance with leasing their rentals, both single family homes, as well as, multi-families.
