I’ve lived and breathed Wichita most of my life, but my "why" didn't hit me until I saw a great agent burn out because they were flying solo without a compass. I realized then that while Kansas is known for its wide-open spaces, nobody should feel like they’re on an island in this business. I traded the "hustle" of individual sales for the much cooler job of being the backstage crew for your success. As the Managing Broker at our Wichita East office, I’m part coach, part strategist, and occasionally, part therapist. Whether we’re grabbing coffee to deconstruct a messy contract or brainstorming how to level up your brand, my goal is to make sure you have the tools—and the confidence—to win.
