Ken Patterson, associate broker at J.P. Weigand's Commercial and Belle Plaine branches, has been a licensed REAL TOR since 1978. From 1982-1988 he owned his own auction business and today he not only works as a full-time auctioneer, but also holds a real estate license in both Kansas and Oklahoma. He is a member of National Association of REAL TORS® (NAR), Kansas Association of REAL TOR® (KAR), REAL TORS® of South Central Kansas (RSCK), and South Central Kansas Multi-Listing Services (SCK­MLS). Ken is also a member of the Rick Hopper Team. Education: Bachelors Degree from Emporia State University, Masters Degree from University of South Dakota, Administrator's Degree from Wichita State University. Memberships: Realtors of South Central Kansas, Kansas Association of Realtors, National Association of Realtors, South Central Kansas Multiple Listing Service, Licensed in Kansas and Oklahoma.
