Katelyn, a lifelong Kansas resident, has lived in Belle Plaine most of her life. She earned her Psychology degree from Fort Hays State University in 2017 and became a stay-at-home mom to her son, Wyatt. After two years, she joined her mother-in-law as a licensed real estate agent. In 2021, Katelyn co-founded K+J Homes with her best friend, Jamie Love. She is a member of NAR, KAR, RSCK, and SCK-MLS. Katelyn stays active in her community and church. She and her husband, Ben—both Belle Plaine graduates—have two sons, Wyatt and Waylon. As a family, they enjoy the park, bowling, and watching The Jungle Book. Katelyn loves spending time with her boys, reading, and watching Friends. Her organization and real estate knowledge help ensure a smooth buying and selling experience!
