Scott grew up in Ellinwood, Kansas, and joined Julie in 2001 in the real estate business after their marriage in 1992. They have 2 children. Ryan is 13 years old and enjoys sports and Lauren, age 11, loves to sing, dance, and act. Like most families, the Stremels look forward to vacationing together and attending the children’s activities. Stremel and Associates is a husband and wife real estate team. They have been helping clients buy and sell residential properties in and around Wichita for 28 years. Stremel and Associates ranked #1 Wichita Real Estate Broker by REAL Trends for 26 years in a row. The Stremels have 3 employees and great support and secretarial staff.
